Terms & Conditions

You can cancel a tinkering club series up to one week before the first session.  You can also receive a refund for the entire class/club series if you choose not to continue after the first club meeting.  No refunds will be granted after two club meetings.

No refunds for class or workshop bookings within 48 hours of the class. 

• If your child becomes sick, please do not send your child to the Maker Hive until they are fever free for 24 hours. Likewise, if your child stayed home from school due to illness, please do not send them to the Maker Hive.

• If your child has a cough (not from allergies, or other medical issues), or a nagging cold (they are still sneezing consistently and have a really runny nose) please send them to class with a mask until they are fully recovered (unless you have a note from a doctor, stating that they fully recovered from their sickness). 

The Maker Hive will generally follow the Hastings-on-Hudson UFSD's decisions regarding emergency closures and early dismissals. If there is a delay or snow cancellation, an email will be sent to the care giver email addresses provided on the registration form. 

The Maker Hive is not liable for any personal injury, illness, or loss of property during participation in clubs or classes held at its location at 416 Warburton Ave, Hastings-on-Hudson, NY 10706.
