Description
Young Makers Camp at the Maker Hive! For rising 3rd thru 6th graders! 5% discount if you sign up for two weeks; 10% discount if you sign for all three weeks. Choose pay-in-person or Zelle option at checkout to get the discount. A small-group, relaxed and fun camp experience. Every week we will incorporate concepts of cardboard engineering with simple electronics and elements of modern fabrication like 3D printing or laser cutting. We will think about purpose, process and product in the work that we do and keep sustainability front and center. Every day, we will head outdoors to the Aqueduct trail and Quarry Park for a mid-day picnic lunch and a chance to stretch our legs (weather permitting). Kids need to dress in clothes that can get messy and pack a snack, lunch and water-bottle from home.

Cancel for a full refund up to four weeks before first day of camp. No refunds after. We will accommodate swapping to a different week if space is available.
