Learn to read patterns, create consistent stitches, and complete your first project - a classic granny square that teaches color work and construction principles. You’ll learn the the skills to tackle independent projects with confidence. All supplies provided - yarn, hooks, and pattern materials. Intermediate Makers: Develop advanced techniques while working on a guided project of your choice. Receive personalized instruction on complex stitches, garment construction, or tapestry colorwork based on your interests and goals. Bring your own project materials; instruction and guidance included. Everyone Gets: Pattern resources, technique troubleshooting, and connection to the broader maker community. Class Format Mixed Skill Levels: Learn alongside others at different stages. Beginners get focused instruction while intermediate students share knowledge and inspire newcomers. About Your Instructor Linnea Grimm brings 4 years of daily crochet practice to her teaching, specializing in wearable garments and tapestry colorwork. What makes her unique is her fashion industry background, which gives her deep knowledge of ethics and sustainability in textiles. As owner of Cursed Objects Vintage and organizer of the Hastings Flea Market, Linnea understands how handmade items connect to community and sustainable living. - You can cancel up to one week before the start of a class for a 50% refund. - No refunds if cancelled within a week of the first class (except in case of a trial first class or if we fill your spot). - Pro-rated fees available if you sign up for a class mid-way. - Classes can be cancelled due to low enrollment. - If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, all fees will be refunded.
